Can I switch bundles or tiers later?
Yes, you can upgrade or switch at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Downgrading may reduce your available features and limits.
What is the website add-on?
The website add-on gives your winery a fully branded public website with custom domain, CMS, gallery, and SEO — all managed from your admin dashboard. It's included free on Estate plans, or $49/mo on Starter and Growth plans.
Do I need my own Stripe account?
Yes (for Commerce and Complete bundles). Vintner connects to your Stripe account so payments go directly to you. We never touch your funds.
What about custom domains?
Growth and Estate plans include a free custom domain with automatic SSL. You bring the domain; we handle the rest.
Is there a contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month (or annual with a discount). You can cancel anytime with no penalties.
